I decided to build a 3rd storey addition to my semi-detached house. I have contacted a few demolition companies to provide me with a quotation to complete the demolition/tear-down part of the project. The scope of work involved the removal of an existing double-sloped roof, exterior walls, some interior framing on the third storey, as well as removal of a flat roof on the first storey section. timing was everything on this project, since my next trades were scheduled to start working immediately following the completion of the demolition.

We hired JP Royale Demolition Inc. to demolish our garage. First Andrew provided general information about our project. He is an excellent communicator & listened to any concerns or questions we had. Andrew & the crew are very knowledgeable in their trade putting safety, skill, reliability & efficiency into completing the job. The crew continued to work in a professional manner even through some of the hottest summer days. We’re very happy with their excellent work & our interactions with them were very positive.
